Discerning AI for our Children

Hosted by Thrive Offline, in partnership with the Kevin Brady Community Center and Library

Discerning AI for our Kids is a free two part event

Where: Kevin Brady Community Center

When: October 13th and 27th, 6:30 - 8:30 pm both nights

What: No tech knowledge required. First night is a documentary viewing to gain shared language and foundational knowledge. Second night is a discussion based with an expert panel.

Why: Because we skipped the conversations with social media. AI is here, and it has the potential to affect everything and everyone, we as adults, parents and community leaders need to have a basic understanding and be willing to engage in conversations to guide our children.

Thrive Offline is focused on creating safe spaces for us to explore our technology use and be equipped to make values-based decisions to protect our overall wellbeing.

Have an intentional day!
